Cancel Order

To cancel orders placed with joeboots.com, please contact us by email to

joeexclusiveservice@gmail.com Cancellation requests must be made on the same day of the order. Cancellations require authorization before finalizing the order and can be charged up to 20% of the value of the goods canceled by handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section of "state" after they have been approved.


 

Return Policy

Returns are accepted with our authorization only. Please email us at joeexclusiveservice@gmail.com first. These are only accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods. All shipping charges for returns are paid by the buyer. Once merchandise is received by our returns department we will give you store credit valid for up to one year. Any refused to receive or unclaimed orders, can not be delivered or returned goods due to customer error, is subject to the replacement rate of 20%, plus all transport costs. No exchange or refund in special and items on liquidation.

 

Shipping

The processing time for domestic orders is 3 to 5 business days. After that, delivery time within the US is 2-6 days. Each order will include a tracking # to track your order at any time via email. We are not resposible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences.
